About Our Coaching
Our goal: to enable the individual to reach their highest ability to influence through communications.
We have coached leaders for over 20 years and have pulled
our collective experience into the 3rd Order Communications model. We tailor every engagement. We have no single solution to fit every need. Our methods use the same model we ask others to learn.
We have one simple rule for evaluation of results: if you feel or find yourself thinking on the defensive in any communications interactions, you are still in need of development.
