Individual Coaching in 3rd Order Communications 3rd Order Communication is a highly personal and situation-specific communication technique. For this reason, our coaching is usually tailored to individual situations, audiences and clients. You will learn to master 3rd Order by putting it to work in your everyday communications behavior. We coach for all three Orders, since they are all interdependent. It is not possible to reach the 3rd Order unless you have mastered the 1st and 2nd Orders. Your score on the FREE Socially Adaptable Profiler, combined with your Detailed Question Analysis feedback, are blended with the specifics of your personal communication challenges. Our sessions are only 20 minutes in length. Individual coaching is available at $85 per 20 minute sessions. Please use our sign up form to enroll. The frequency of your sessions is your decision based on your communication success, your desire and opportunity to master higher Orders, your budget, your support network and our ability to coach you effectively. Communicating with mutual respect is our coaching objective: intelligently, emotionally, and respectfully. WE DO NOT RELEASE THE NAMES OF ANY COACHING CLIENTS OR THEIR ORGANIZATIONS. Communication Insight Mapping Studies (CIMS) allow for the visual display of the emotional and social variables during any communications exchange. These are done live, video based, print or audio and require our most senior consultants. A CIMS is best used as a baseline visual map that can be related to your Profiler and question feedback data.
